Registering for groups and events and doing purchases for Aalto-Volley via the Suomisport service grants Aalto-Volley access to some of the Holder's personal data (see the Suomisport Data Protection Policy above).
Access to the data is restricted to the personal user accounts of nominated Board members and the club officials nominated by them.
The data is used in everyday club operations to the extent that it is necessary within the context of its collection. This may include e.g. contacting the Holder using their contact details in case of a problem.
The Holder's personal data, or such transaction data that can be originated to the Holder, is not disclosed to third parties. However, note the following exceptions.
In groups, specifically, the Holder's name may be visible to other members within the group and may be used within the club's internal communication channels.
On registration pages, there may be additional fields for the Holder to fill. The usage of such data will be conveyed within the field's description or the registration page itself.

The data is collected with the consent of the data subject for the purpose of tracking club membership.
The registry is located in Suomisport.

The number and percentage of AYY members is disclosed to AYY annually. No other registry data is disclosed to third parties.

Registry data is inspected upon invitation to an Association meeting, where the Member's email is used as the destination address. The value is not revealed to any other recipients of the invitation. Other inspections of the data include everyday club operations to the extent that the data inspection is necessary.
Editing or deleting fields within the Member's personal data via the registry is not possible. Moving the Member from one membership class to another may be done at their behest or when the Board deems it necessary via context.
The Member may be removed from the registry, after which access to the Member's personal data is lost. Removal may occur via a decision by the Board, in best accordance to the Rules of the Association, or via the Member removing their data in Suomisport.
