All participants in events hosted by Aalto-Volley agree to fulfill their share of the responsibilities to make the event run smoothly.
For standard recurring events, this always includes:

• Setting up the court.

• Taking good care of all used equipment (whether they belong to the club or not).

• Returning the equipment to their designated places after use.

Players on the same volleyball court are equal and therefore agree to behave maturely and respectfully towards each other.

All cases discrimination are prohibited and must be brought to the attention of our club officials.

Sign up to each event - don't just show up. If signing up is not possible, let another participating player know that you're joining. If you have to cancel your attendance, remember to cancel your signup as well.

Confirm your attendance on the previous evening of the day of the shift. If unsure, mark 'out' and leave a comment - don't mark 'in' and drop out last minute.

Some shifts have attendance limits. If you sign up over the limit,  leave a comment to mark your spot in the queue, e.g. "1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. in queue".

Arrive 10-15 minutes before the designated shift starting time. This is because players start building the courts and warming up and are no longer watching the door to let you in.
