The Finnish Student Championships 2026 was hosted once again in Tampere by our Teekkari brethren, TTLK!

Alvarin Edustajat (The Alvari Representatives)
The men's competition series was played on Saturday 28.3.2026 with a count of seven teams. Aalto-Volley's M1 team travelled to Tampere with only four players from the official composition - the rest of the nine were recruited from old friends and nearby schools.

A close third place in the starting group landed the team outside of the semifinals. Thus, after one more victorious match, the team placed fifth overall.

Women's & Recreational series
The women's competition series was combined with the Recreational series on Sunday 29.3.2026 due to low participation numbers, thus totaling two women's teams and six mixed ones.

How thematic to have both women's teams face each other in an extremely close final match! Aalto ended up victorious, thus bringing home the Finnish Student Championship.

This victory grants the team access to the European Student Championships next year in Spain!
